 Hummus Delight

 This Nutritious recipe is QUICK & ENERGIZING providing beneficial fuel for your on the go schedule.
P.S. Kids really will eat this.

Choose a healthy base such as a multi-grain baked cracker or a slice of whole grain/wheat bread-please read the ingredients label first. Keep sodium, saturated fats, and sugar low with the base to your Hummus Delight.

Next, spread a thin layer of classic hummus(homemade is best).

Top with fresh slices of tomato & avocado.

A touch of pepper and a smidgen of salt(not necessary).

Add some fresh carrot sticks on the side and

TADA! EASY LIKE SUNDAY MORNIN'!

Such a BEAUTIFUL choice for lunch!
